These Terms govern your use of the website, mobile app, and mobile barber services provided by LUXGROOM Mobile Barber Technology. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

Premium mobile grooming (a licensed barber travels to your location) plus scheduled pop-up locations. Availability, service areas, and pricing may vary and are shown at booking.

Booking, Cancellation & No-Show Policy

A valid payment method on file is required to book. Reschedule or cancel anytime, free of charge. Please give at least 12 hours' notice. No-shows, and clients who arrive 15 minutes or more late, forfeit the appointment slot and are charged 100% of the booked service price to the card on file. By booking, you consent to this charge.

Payments

Processed securely through Stripe; we do not store your full card number. Prices in USD, due at service unless stated.

Memberships

Billed on a recurring basis (e.g. monthly) via Stripe until cancelled; cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future renewals at the end of the current period.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms — LUXGROOM Text Messaging Program

When you opt in, LUXGROOM sends recurring automated appointment messages and, where you consented, marketing messages to the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help, or contact ltaplett@luxgroom.net. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided.

Acceptable Use

Provide accurate info, treat barbers with respect, provide a safe environment for mobile visits. We may refuse or discontinue service for safety, abuse, or repeated no-shows.

Privacy

Also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers & Liability

Services provided "as is"; to the maximum extent permitted by law, LUXGROOM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
