Information We Collect

Contact details (name, email, phone); service details (visit address, appointment history, preferences, notes); payment info processed by Stripe (we never store your full card number — only a secure token and the card's last four digits and brand); basic usage data.

How We Use It

To schedule/confirm/deliver appointments; send reminders and account notifications; send marketing messages where you opted in; process payments, memberships, and no-show/late fees; improve our services and support.

SMS / Text Messaging

If you opt in, we use your mobile number for appointment reminders, confirmations, and — where you consented — marketing messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help.

No mobile information (including SMS/text-messaging opt-in data and consent) will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party for marketing purposes.

How We Share

We do not sell personal information. We share only with service providers that help us operate (Stripe for payments, Twilio for texts, Resend for email, Google Calendar for scheduling if connected); they may only use it to perform services for us. SMS opt-in data is never shared for third-party marketing. We may disclose if required by law.

Data Security

Encryption in transit, tokenized payment storage via Stripe, hashed passwords, access controls. No method is 100% secure but we work continuously to protect your data.

Your Rights

Opt out of texts via STOP and emails via unsubscribe; request access/correction/deletion; manage card, memberships, standing appointments in your account.

Children

Services are for adults; we don't knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy; changes posted here with a new date.
